Deloitte Nigeria is looking to hire a driven and well-organized individual to fill the role of Human Resources & Admin Officer.

The candidate will provide administrative support functions to the human resource operations of the organization and also support the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department.

His/ her responsibilities include but not limited to employees' data management, talent management, compensation and benefits, learning & development, employee welfare & engagement, updating, and ensuring compliance of the company's policies.


Requirements

Minimum of 2:1
Must be a chartered HR professional
Three to five years of experience in HR (Generalist preferably) & Admin position
Must have worked in a highly reputable organization
MSc/ MBA is an added advantage
Familiar with the Nigeria labor law and other related laws
